I have drone at 2k rpm also with the flow master outlaws. the drone starts at like 1600ish rpm but not loud and not that noticeable, but around 2k it gets loud and annoying. around 2300ish its really annoying until like 2700ish rpm.

Yes ticking. Mines just gets louder and faster with the speed not really the RPM'S. Does you're noise start happen at certain speeds? Mines starts at like 25-30ish mph. Also the noise doesn't start immediately, It kind of starts after driving a little from what i have noticed.

oil level is great honestly, i had the oil changed at 7k miles and now im at 11.5k and the oil is just a little under full. Also i dont see any oil residue on the engine so doesn't seem like a leak.

I saw in the earlier post that someone put an xpipe on gt exahust, it sounded great on launch but when at higher rpms, it sounded a little raspy. Do you guys think a h pipe would sound the same?

okay so what you do is format your usb drive. make sure nothing is on your flash drive. Then copy all of those files so that includes the autoinstall.lst,, install,lst and the syncmyride folder to the root of the usb drive. If you do this correctly you shouldn't get any errors.

what exactly did you download and put onto your flash drive and is there other things on that flash drive or did you format it before you put the sync update on it?

Did you install the 5.8 update or is that how you got the car?

It seems you have the latest update. try resetting the system through the settings and then reset the sync system itself by pushing and holding the power button and next track button and something like "sync transmission reset successfully". This is similar to pulling the sync fuse to reset.
