  1. Cobb Access Port v3 - Ecoboost Mustang

Hi all, I have an accessport v3 that i had on my 2016 ecoboost mustang. Car got totalled, I un-paired the device and am now selling it. Only used to load tunes, went back in the box when done. Basically brand new. Let me know if you have any questions. Please email or text Price is...

Yep, none of my runs were great because of this. I guess i will just have to shift earlier to keep away. Also, I found that instead of FFS, power shifting worked pretty well to avoid that weird delay.

This was my second slowest time of the day, I got a bad launch in (spun a lot) and 2nd-3rd shift i must have hit fuel cut or something, you can hear in the video post-shift the car completely shuts off for about 1 second then kicks back on.

Here's the video from my second best run (only run I have footage for) [ame=""]

Thats the one thing i didn't do but im not sure how much help it would have been.
  6. Went to the Strip with my Ecoboost...

Thanks for the input. I am definitely keeping it a street car as it is my daily driver. I will probably just look to get technique down and also try for some cooler weather. Thanks all for your inputs.

Just for fun here's the video of me at MIR doing the 11.97 in my 2011 5.0. [ame=""]

I think adam has my launch control set at around 4k, which is probably ideal for sticky tires, but I didn't use it due to being on street tires. for the 13.2 run, I just blipped the throttle to no more than 3k (I am not sure because i was watching the tree when i launched, but i knew to keep...

Mine is NOT turned on. When I flat foot the revs continue to build until the clutch is released. Is this a feature that can be turned on thru the cobb AP or is it within the tune file?
  10. Went to the Strip with my Ecoboost...

Thanks for the input. I was thinking about data logging a full run for you, but I got sidetracked when we were getting called up and what not. the only area I think I could improve on is launch and shift points. I did notice that 2-3 flatfoot the car dies like fuel cut then snaps back to life...

Yea especially since today is supposed to be in the 50s.

OH crap ok. That makes me feel a bit better. I guess the heat affects us pretty good. I have noticed a marked increase in performance from 80F to 60F. Im in Ashburn so were pretty close.

Gotcha. MIR is a good track to make good times at, I feel like I drove well enough but, to be down potentially 5 MPH or more doesn't make much sense. No issues with Boost, no issues with fuel cut or anything. The 13.2 was my best time. The other 2 were 13.5 and 13.7 at 103 and 104.

What was your MPH? Was that with your 351hp dyno?
  15. Went to the Strip with my Ecoboost...

My weight was 3825 too. I datalogged with the tuner and all was well. Car doesn't feel slow, so idk if its shifting points or what.
  16. Went to the Strip with my Ecoboost...

Hey all, I went out to MIR on Sunday (10/30/16) and made 3 passes during test and tune. Here is my setup: 2016 Ecoboost Manual -- Base w/ Perf pack only. - cobb turboback - Tune+ WGA - Denso Plugs - CPE FMIC - JLT CAI - 93 oct Tune+ tune Stock tires, stock pressure. The...

  18. Question for Those with Stock Turbo and Upgraded WGA

Heres the install video. [ame] I would suggest spending sometime bending and finessing the heat shield out and doing the same when putting it back. Don't get frustrated with it and discard it. I would not leave off the heat shield. I used an air compressor to decompress the rod to slip...
