Just make sure you have a 12mm drill bit or a circular metal file, spring compressor, a proper torque wrench, and an impact is useful.
  2. Cradle lockout and / or subframe braces as first/only suspension mod

BMR Cradle Lockout locks the front of the subframe to the chassis in all directions in a short piece whereas the Steeda does the same but also mounts it to the middle of the chassis as well as the middle of the subframe. The BMR should have less flex in the piece because it is smaller but the...

Can't wait to hear how they perform on a track. I am on stand-by at MSR's Driver's Edge June 11-12. Hopefully I get in and if so, I will try to provide some feedback. This will be my first real track event, so I will do my best to get good information for everyone.

Yes they do. The sportlines should work fine. Koni recommends Pro-kit, and the maximum recommended drop by Koni is 1.5 in
  5. What's involved in replacing the differential bushings?

the rear bushing or the one closest to the front of the car were a bit tricky. If you can, remove the axle back exhaust and use a jack to lower the differential down enough to get the screw and bushing in there. When I installed mine I had factory exhaust and had my diff touching the exhaust and...

I ordered from Brothers Performance. Not sure if they have any in stock though. Toofarfromjune It is recommended to go with the Pro-kit because the max suggested drop is 1.5 inches. The Sportlines should still work, but if you hit a bad enough bump, you may damage the shock. Also, I am...

So I set them at full stiff - 1/4 turn and the car felt really planted... however that setting was a bit too stiff for daily driving in the city and potholes and whatnot. I am now running full soft + 1/4 turn and now the ride quality is amazing for daily driving. It is "floatier" than the...

I don't think they will be messing with the shock any, however, they may include a modified upper mount in the kit or a 12mm drill bit. ;)

THANKS jbailer. I will be fixing my install as well. I might go ahead and add a washer on the bottom mount also, as a little extra precaution. Also, I am starting to thing the full firm - 1/4 turn might be a bit too much for daily driving. The car handles great but it is a bit bumpy...

Anyone still looking, give Brother's Performance a call. I ordered mine from them and they shipped them to me as soon as they hit the door from Koni. They may have some more in stock or on order.

I forgot to address adjustment. I adjusted mine yesterday in about 10 minutes for all 4 corners. Fronts, just pop the hood and you are good, and for the rears, get yourself a floor jack, slide it under lift it up(just a fer pumps is enough as it doesn't need to be off the ground, just enough to...

My Vogtlands are progressive and are slightly less stiff than the Eibach pro-kit springs. The Koni do not have clicks to my knowledge and are just "infinitely" adjustable. I am now running full stiff backed out a quarter turn and I REALLY like how they feel. This is my daily driver and it...
  13. Koni is here!

They have been on preorder for close to 5 months now, so there may be a backlog of orders. As i do not have the original PP springs installed (currently running Vogtland 1" drop), I cannot attest to the solution to the bouncyness, however, the car seems to be more planted overall. The ride at...

$750 is a pretty good price since older models are selling in the mid 600s. I paid around $700 and waited 4 months. So $750 and maybe a month wait isn't bad at all.
  15. Koni is here!

Correct, there is no modification needed to install the front struts. Also, the middle setting feels fantastic.
  16. Koni is here!

Just a note, the front strut tube seams to the same as the factory one and I measured the diameter at the top of my wheel about 2 inches under the spring perch and the measurement was 2.1475 inches. The rears look to be slightly larger diameter than the stock but only by maybe an eighth of an...
  17. Koni is here!

Yea. It should be fairly easy to find a takeoff from anyone going to a coilover setup.
  18. Koni is here!

If you put the spring compressor on with the hex drive end at the bottom and use a swivel adapter on your wrench you can get it on there. Otherwise it is just barely too big of a perch. I'm in the same boat for adjustment. I am set in the middle and it sounds like you went with full soft. I'd...

The hole is already there but the thickness is less than an inch.
  20. Koni is here!

Correct. Just carry a jack with you and you can adjust both rears in about 5 minutes. It would be nice to do a cut out in the trunk to adjust and fortify the mounting area. But that will be farther down the road.
