If it does not rattle your fine. The two o rings are designed to eliminate the rattle. That nylon ring has nothing to do with function.

Sounds like something not installed right, or your diff is giving you trouble. Call Mike D @ Steeda he will get you on the right track.

I wouldn't say that... The Steeda subframe alignment kit has 4 locating points versus the CB005's 2 locating points. The Steeda subframe support braces also provide much more structural support than the CB005 kit by tying in 3 points of the chassis rather than 2.
