Front bracing

I am looking into front bracing on my GT. I started looking at a strut tower brace, then saw the CB06 and the BMR CB07.

I have Ford PP shocks/Struts, BMR minimum drop springs, cradle lockout, and Steeda shock mounts.

What kind of improvement in steering and overall performance does each provide? More specically in a street car application.

I wonder which is more effective between the 006 and steeda's brace?
