My GT350 started off as material hold. If the CF pkg was a late delivery item I wouldn't think my order would be clean right now. I didn't see that the CF pkg was late delivery in the order guide. There is however a star next to it that signifies it as being new for the model year:

Im just going off of this what was highlighted, but it may be just the 60R package.

Im going to cancel my order and wait and see what happens down the road. Some are saying a v8 option. If it doesnt happen i may end up getting the v6. Im in no rush to get rid of my tacoma...works great for what i use it for.

Gentleman,

I am looking to make an order. I am currently deployed and would like to not pay over MSRP. Can anyone give me a lead in for a dealership? Anywhere in the US is fine. I will fly in and drive home. I refuse to pay over MSRP after buying a GT350. I already pursued Military Auto Sales (no luck).

I appreciate the help,

-Alex

Not me. I just picked up a 16 F150 Platinum. I'll take the muscularity of my GT and the refinement of the Platinum. To me, the perfect combo.

I had a '13 and my wife had a '14. We're first on the list to get a call when the first one hits the lot but wont buy one until they do a TTV8 in it. Sorry but I've owned a V6 ecoturd and won't buy a Raptor with any version of that under the hood. That truck needs a V8 rumble not a V6 purrrrr...

While I'm currently nothing but smiles with my new V6 platinum, I agree completely.

The Raptor should have a V8.

I dropped a deposit for a '16 F150 Platinum 4x4 for my brother in law while I was there to order the GT350 and I agree it's a decent motor in "that" truck. Thing has more gadgets than I'd know what to do with. The Raptor is a whole different animal  Well I should say it should be... Ford is doing there self a disservice by putting a V6 in it to begin with. A lot of current owners wont trade up until they pump out a V8 option. They're not going to buy a '17 V6 when an '18 V8 could be on the horizon. Ford isn't going to announce that i bet completely though until way after '17s hit the lots or they would collect dust... There's plenty of rumors though!

I built mine at the dealer. Crew cab, 802A, heated wheel spray liner and cover. Dont care if its a v8, its my business daily driver.

I had one as a DD. Yeah that 9 mpg got expensive but it's worth it to hear the rumble. The 6.2 was a complete gas hog so a V6 for a DD would be better in that scenario but I'm sure the TT5.0 would get better fuel economy than the 6.2 did. As long as you can control that right foot... My tuned/deleted 610hp F250 gets better mileage city than my Raptor ever did on the highway. And I'm always smashing the pedal!

If you dont want a v6 raptor then why are you on the waiting list? Ford is not going to offer a v8 raptor. No way in hell would you see a TTv8 in the f150 before the mustang. Some people are just to ignorant.

I disagree...
Well my friend. You are entitled to.

You prefer the raptor with the V6?

Certainly it's super capable. But it does lack the V8 rumble.
