We are only days away from the 11.17.14 reveal date to the next SVT Mustang GT350 and Ford has released the 4th teaser video of this track focused performance vehicle.
The video starts with mention of Ford’s storied racing history with the Ford GT40 and follows with images of how performance has trickled down to its production vehicles such as the Mustang.
In this latest video, Moray Callum, VP of Global Design talks about the proportions:
“What’s really exciting about this car is the proportional change we’ve made and we’ve really enhanced that proportional change. We’ve lowered the hood, we’ve widened the front track, all things that a designer loves to do, but at the same time this has actually enhanced the performance as well.”
Joe Hinrichs adds, “when you look at the front end, and the nose, and what we’ve done with the hood and the front end styling, it just says to you, I’m mean, I’m raw and I wanna go.”
Sprinkled throughout the video are more Mustang visual cues from the shape of the grille, the hunkered stance, the chiseled hood, the broad haunches of the vehicle, and other design cues we showed you in earlier spy photos.
