Griptec builds and designs them to spec'd to whatever vehicle/engine the supercharger is on, basically meaning they should mount without the need of a spacer. I have reached out with them and will update to confirm and will let you know as soon as I do!Thanks. Do I still need a spacer with the grip tech?
Per Griptec, if you’re currently running a spacer on the kit, you would need to continue using that spacer on the Griptec pulley as it’s made to the same specifications/offset as Whipple.Thanks. Do I still need a spacer with the grip tech?
Ok. Let me take the current one off and see if there’s a spacer under. Got about 100 miles on it and the belt didn’t shred. Maybe one in there.Per Griptec, if you’re currently running a spacer on the kit he would need to continue using that spacer are on the Griptec pulley as it’s made to the same specifications/offset as Whipple.
Order placed. PM’ed info. Can you please make sure they ship the right one? No spacer needed. Got one. ThanksPer Griptec, if you’re currently running a spacer on the kit, you would need to continue using that spacer on the Griptec pulley as it’s made to the same specifications/offset as Whipple.
