Did you purchase the chin spoiler from a member or a website? The dealership delivered my pp2 with some nice rash on the front of mine and after saying they'd make it right they ghosted me. I guess they didn't like the quote i got for the replacement. Just wondering if you got a good deal and if I can get the same?

The dealer should have replaced it. Call them again and if not leave them a nice review with the BBB. The same happened with the member I bought it from but the dealer replaced his.

Already gave the negative review on BBB, filed complaint through both Texas and Ohio attorney generals and spoke to the actual owner of a the multiple large dealerships in Texas. He's the one that ghosted me. The splitter was one of the minor problems with my transaction and delivery.

I tried dealing directly with the salesman until he stopped calling back.(my car was shipped 800 miles btw) After that I wore them out on social media. After posting a review on google and a couple others, they quickly asked me what it would take to change the review. The new splitter arrived within 10 days.
