Bought the car used, and it came with all of the manuals, but not the little pouch/case that they go in. Looking on eBay, I can get the case and all of the manuals for maybe $40, but I am a cheapskate, and don't need the extra manuals. Anyone have one lying around?

I prefer the one with the Mustang horse on it to the one that just says "Ford", but I may not able to be that choosy...

Or if someone can provide me a Ford part number for just the case (if it exists), I can check with the dealer and see how bad they want to hose me.
