Looking for a cheap set of 18" wheels. Don't really care about the condition or looks, they will be used as winter beater wheels most likely.

I can do local pickup is near the Pittsburgh, PA area. But I am also willing to pay for FedEx shipping labels with my business account (I can just send them to you to print).
