Picked up a 2020 (built in Sept) leftover. Car had 6 miles on it when purchased. Everything is great but I noticed the door jambs seem to be unpainted, or some weird overspray/dirt going on. Tried to clean it with a rag and it’s such a rough finish it tears the microfiber up. Anyone else notice this issue?

It's a domestic Pony car. There's worse things that that, that still don't matter on these cars.

I had the same issue in twister orange as well. Bought car new sight unseen. Could see undercoat and inconsistent paint on underside of boot, hinges and water channels, bonnet hinges, paint over contamination in front of LH scuff plate and on RH rear quarter panel. Ford to their credit have rectified all issues under warranty. Only downside was I’ve now got to get ceramic reapplied on rear quarter (I know third world problems…lol).
I’ve heard some manufacturers manage to paint whole car with only 750 ml of paint…?

That looks perfectly normal. In your images it appears that is road grit that gets through the forward barriers and through the spacing of the door. It's all normal. Just gets wet microfiber and wipe it away.

If the grit is not road debris (sand etc) and doesn't come off with a cleaning, then what remains is welding slag from the build process and was covered by the paint process - all normal.

The lighter color of the paint around the door hinges and mounts - that's all normal. I highly doubt Ford will authorize any type of paint claim to add more paint in those areas. If you were to open the hood and look down in the engine bay, there's spots that will be thin in there too.
