I tried reading the supplement and searching on here but wasn’t really able to find anything concrete regarding flushing and replacing the various fluids.

I have a 2017 GT350 and it’s purely used on the street. It’s obviously approaching 5 years old now and has only had oil changes and tires/pads done so far. I read that at around 5 years the coolant, diff and transmission fluids should all be flushed - is this a good plan?

Unfortunately i am unable to do the work myself so I am trying to make sure I find a good spot (Los Angeles area) to get this all done at one time. Best I’ve seen so far with cursory research is at Galpin Ford - pricey I’m sure for all this!

I should also add the mileage is at 11k and last oil change and general inspection was done at 9,200.

From the 2017 Owners Supplement:

The engine coolant (note 2 above) is due for a change at 6 years as follows:

"2 Initial replacement at six years or 100,000 mi (160,000 km), then every three years or 50,000 mi (80,000 km)."

At this point, nothing on this list needs doing.
