Wiper/Washer Fluid Pressure

I have yet to take my car into the dealership to confirm, but it seems like my washer fluid has barely any pressure and only reaches the bottom 1/8 of my windshield.

WHen i am driving at speeds...the wind picks up the fluid and takes it to the top of the windshield....but when parked...the washer fluid sprays out of the nozzles but only reaches the bottom 1/8th of the windshield.

Is this normal?

No. I would think when parked it should go higher.

Solved:

The redline struts installed were causing the fluid/washer line to compress when the hood was closed.

A little electrical tape and a small wire re-route and it works perfectly.

thanks my washer fluid wasn't working, and seen this post so I went to check mine out raised the hood tried to squirt washer fluid and it worked. I just moved hose from around hood strut and it works with hood closed.. THANKS
