Just install these. Watched Bill's (CJ Pony Parts) install video. On the PP (or Roush fascia) there are 10 screws not 9 to remove. Test the lights before you button up, the lights are LED so polarity is important, if running lights don't work flip the connector over that you installed into the headlamp plug.
Bill does his video on the driver's side only so when you get to the passenger side good luck on mounting the resistor, there's not much room with the washer bottle in the way.
