Windows Squeaking

I installed lowering springs and my car rides great but it is a little firmer now and due to that I started having squeaking on rough roads or small bumps but not on big bumps and I just assumed it was my springs.

Installed supercharger and was riding around with windows down and NO squeaks, roll them up and squeaks.. How do you sop the windows from making noise? I can't tell if its in the door or glass on rubber seal?

Anybody else have squeaking windows and what did you do to fix?

Maybe I asked my question wrong. Does anybody have squeaks coming from their windows / doors when the windows are up on rough roads and noises go away with windows down? I can't have the only GT doing this and its driving me crazy that a $40,000 car sounds like a piece of junk. Doubt the dealer will or could do anything so looking for something to try myself..
