I think dealerships might already have them. I was looking at cars on autotrader and I remember seeing one that said Mustang recieve 4 outa 5 stars. They could be blowin smoke tho...wouldn't be the first time a dealer has done that!

For the 5(so far) of you who said you were waiting for the results, what would it take for you not to buy a new Mustang? Just curious...THANKS!

I would not wait for CRASH RATINGS, but they will likely be out by the time I buy ... either Spring 2015 or 2016.

The 2015 will be SAFER than the 2011 I'm currently driving. 2010 was 5 Stars across the board for old ratings; 2011 the new crash tests / ratings came out so it was no longer all 5 stars ... was still pretty good though and is probably 100% safer than the 2004 I previously had.

Still no crash test ratings? This is kind of ridiculous. How long after release do the tests usually get done? I thought it would have been done before.

Where's the choice for "I'm waiting for someone to crash their Mustang then report it to us"?
This one has been done now also. From the sounds of it they passed with flying colors!

If in doubt, go look at GT's posting about his accident.

We ended up trusting Ford to do a good job on safety with them needing to match so many international rules. Please don't fail us Ford.

Crash tests for 2015.

"It's 2015, all new cars should meet the standards. It's not asking too much is it?"
Amazingly, quite a few 2015 models are not passing crash tests very well. A lot of Poor. Some 2015 models are now worse than the earlier models of the same car. Reducing crash worthiness to maximize profits?

I don't care about the safety. I am more concerned timing the purchase right so it doesn't come in the middle of winter.
