Is anyone near a wildfire right now?

There are currently 10 going in California. I fortunately am down south so I am not affected besides the air quality.

Friends near South Lake Tahoe. They have already evacuated.

Been a Smokey summer here with the Canadian fires as well as Northern Minnesota.
Lots of structures burned here.
But we are not dealing with the devastating fires that are out west.

Watched a documentary last week that stated that the "Big Burn" in 1910 which was in the northern Rockies, burned over 3 million acres.

Welp, it is sad, but it was coming due. Once the tree huggers made clearing and cleaning out brush to a royal headache, As an act of "save the planet" it was only a matter of time before it caused this.
Sadly they will not learn from this.
