Hey guys, I just watched a video on YouTube where the guy claimed his power train warranty was fully intact after purchasing a whipple through his dealership and having them install it. Anyone ever hear this or is it dealer specific? I thought roush and the Ford racing tvs were the only ones with supplemental coverage.

His warranty is NOT intact with Ford.

Whipple offered a previous warranty for a fee, that has been discontineud for the new revised warranty. The new warranty is $450-500 for $5,000 worth of engine damage for 3yr/36K FROM the in-service date.

So, for example, I bought my car in November of 2015 and I bought the Whipple warranty last month, so my warranty is good until November of 2018 or 36K miles, whichever occurs first.
