Whipple ship times

Ordered back in November with an estimated ship date in early march, we’re nearing April and still nothing. I contacted support on the first days of march and was told by the support team it’s been ready since February and just waiting to pack and ship it, and that it would “most likely” ship out that same week. Nearly 3 weeks later and nothing.

I’m not surprised because I ordered during holiday season, and I’ve seen others online saying that they’re behind on orders, but its hard to do the ol' forget about it till it gets here with this because its not everyday that I spend over 10 grand ordering something online.

Who else is patiently waiting with me for their blower?

I am. Ordered 12/20. I ordered through beefcake. I was told 12-14 weeks and I’m in week 13. Initially I was told 10 weeks.

Did they keep telling you they were gonna ship it out by the end of the week? Or what exactly were they telling you?

At first we were being told mid February, then end of February, then each week for three weeks before it actually shipped. They stated that Whipple only ships out so many superchargers a week. Whatever that means. I just found it funny that we were continually being told another date every time we called for a delivery date.

I reached out to beefcake yesterday and was told I’m looking at 14-16 weeks from order date. I’m sure next time I check they’ll say 18-20 weeks.

Not sure why it hasn’t shipped yet if it’s “waiting to be packaged”. Something not right there. They don’t let them sit there and wait while production continues.

Edit:

Just checked mine and it was produced on Feb 8th. So it was there for less than 2 weeks before it was shipped.
