Whipple Question

I don't know if this is an obvious stupid question or not...
This weekend I helped a buddy of mine install his Whipple (Gen 5) Stage 2 on his 2019 Mustang. We got it running today. My question is, Does anyone know, or is it possible to run the Gen 5 Whipple Supercharger set up on a Gen 2 Coyote in my 2017 Mustang GT? In installing this kit, the only thing I found specific, was the fuel rail set up, but couldn't I just get the fuel rails from a Gen 3 Whipple kit? I didn't find anything else that seemed to be specific to the 2019 Mustang over the 2017 Mustang kit.
