I was able to get all of the bolts out without removing the blower, but I wasn't able to remove the fuel rail on the passenger side.
I called and spoke with Whipple tech support that confirmed the blower had to come off to remove the fuel rail/swap injectors.
I've since removed the blower, swapped the injectors, and put it all back together.
