I purchased the "Unidentified" lovers from CJ Pony Parts because they were the only ones at the time. These have the exposed 6 nut fasteners. Now I see MRT has released thier version. I dont see the exposed fasteners but the louver blades don't look as "thin" as the ones from CJPP which I happen to like. I'd like to hear back from those who have purchased the MRT's and the unidentified ones from CJPP with regards to preference. While I have the unidentified ones from CJPP, I have not installed them yet since I'm not keen on having the 6 nuts that anyone can undo and walk off with the louvers. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I don't think theft would be a concern with the CJPPs.
No exposed parts on the MRTs, but I suppose if someone is willing to unhook them, it's still possible for them to walk off with the louvers minus the pads sticking them to the window since they lift up to allow for window cleaning.

I watched the youtube video of the MRT install...it looks much more complicated than the CJPP louvers, but I like the MRT ones a little better looks-wise. I prefer the CJPP for price and what appears to be a much less complicated install and fewer moving parts (KISS principle). The CJPP have kind of flat sides while the MRT louvers seem to have a less of an angle bend on the sides. CJPP price at $449.95 and MRT at $480-$512 depending on the vendor.
