When can you place an order for a 2016?

When are they accepting orders for the 2016's? Any idea when they would be delivered?

Planned for May 11 and expect builds to start in august with September/October deliveries depending on QC.

Is the May date when we can expect to see the new order guide? I'm still looking at ordering a 2016 late in the year, but I really want to see official info on what has changed or been updated...

Word has been on Monday (5/11) but it's bizarre that Ford hasn't released options and pricing info yet. I've been checking religiously for the past month but still nothing :rant::tsk::(

Funny enough when I originally ordered my limited edition on 5/13 they didn't have pricing until 2 weeks after.
