think it just means that all is good with the order and it's just waiting it's turn for a vin, build week then blend date.

I could of sworn he said schedule clean. He said it was one step past parts hold. But does that mean VIN close?

Seems like they are moving through orders faster now, I went from unscheduled material hold to VIn/build date directly, so not unlikely to see some action soon.

It's possible. The following Thursday after my car went to "unscheduled-clean" I got a build week and VIN.
