Took it for its 1st service....

£155. Supplied my own oil

Filter as well Enoch? Or did they supply that?

I've got the oil and filter ready for my first service end of March or the 10k miles (on 7600 at the mo). Got quoted for an oil change a while back, £170 IIRC! Which I thought was excessive, so bought the stuff for the service. Although not much more involved in a service, it gets the box ticked and the Euro Assist thing for another year.

Takes me ages just to talk to someone usually, service when i talk to them finally ends up being good (After my free drink, and sofa watching sky news....) :lol:


I've prepped my christmas mod corner ready for install:

• Diode dynamic sidemarkers in red
• Pressed aluminium registration plates
• Red boot pulley strap
• Custom floor mats (Yes Manders Mustang is scribed on them )

Oh, i also picked up bent needle nose pliers to tighten up the lights.... finally lol.

They are indeed, they're customised quite heavily with the highest 'Ply' available with the custom writing, but they were from here:

Thanks- if they fit ok will look to get a set to replace the homemade rears & factory fronts- Like the idea of red stitching on the mats etc.

I'll let you know on the weekend, [MENTION=8914]Big_G[/MENTION] has them on his with 006/500 on his embroidery, with red leather all around the edge.

Being Scottish, the only thing I've done with my car since last year is move it over in the garage to stop the tw@ts touching it on the way to the beer fridge... ;)

Was thinking of having Ecobeast written on the mats to match the gel badge I had made up to replace the AIRRAID oval gel badge I had on my CAI. Can't post an actual picture of the carbon gel badge under the bonnet as its dark outside. I also got some other gel badges made up at the same time but not used them yet.

For two each of all the gel badges it was £18 inc p&p. Ovals are carbon look but others are just plain background. I have also now carbon wrapped the alloy top of the AIRRAID airbox as well. I will post a picture at the weekend to show you.

Had my first service recently, £180 all in. Got the puddle lamp fixed too, though it's wonky so awaiting a new one. The garage also decided to take my car a little drive while I wasn't there, caught it all on dash-cam though.
