Yeah, we know that, however, give it a go.

If I'd bought my car to match my hair colour it would have been Ingot with a pink (rather wide) OTT stripe.

Went to dealer:

Paid rest of deposit (scary how you can pay so much money via a 4 digit PIN)

Purchased lowering springs and paid for fitting (3hrs)

Was offered the chance to go to the dealers PDI centre to look at it, so why not! Had a sit in it and a general look around. Only got cr@p pics as the lighting wasn't very good.

But there were another 8 in the PDI centre and another 6 in their external compound so there are about to be a whole load more in Kent!!!

Also made a point of telling him that I wanted his best valeter on the cleaning job as there would be hell to pay if their valeter did anything to mar the paintwork (I'll be taking it to Ultimate Finish @ Brandshatch anyway, but that's beside the point)

Now I have to patiently wait until 4th March (pickup day)!

Mine was on the same ship as yours..... My dealer has not told me its here yet, although I know it is!! Sadly no rush as I am waiting until Apr 1, the wait is starting to hurt.... Like you ordered lowering springs, just have to pay when they give me the call..... Can't wait, sad to wish your life away but please can Apr 1 come quicker:frusty:

As it's a 'vert with some the options, once I'd plugged them into a spreadsheet, the "new" scheme didn't make any sense until I reached either year 7 or 8 of ownership. Had I not gone for a 'vert, I think I'd have waited.

Quite a few 'verts there, which surprised me! And also a fair mix of colours too (yellow and black seemed popular, but I spotted a grabber blue and race red)

Only really annoying point is that I pick it up on the 4th March and the following day fly to Cape Town for 2 weeks. SWMBO is under instruction to be @ Heathrow with a prepped 'stang on my return so we can go away for a long weekend, or to have stuff ready at home!

I know I've waited 7 months, but the last 2 weeks (now I've seen it) are going to be torture (along with going to CTN)

Took delivery of some massive aerodynamic upgrades that will reduce NVH, increase handling, tighten up the suspension due to better wind funneling around the car, providing for faster acceleration due to better slipstreaming due to a more aerodynamic finish on these parts ( Centurion07 ;) )

Okay, in all seriousness, I got Snorty 's take off plastics sprayed gloss black by a friend who works in an Auto shop, and they look spectacular, i'm already itching to get them on the car (He's advised me to wait 2 days before putting them on for the paint to properly harden :( ).

I'll post photo's when they're on the car, but for now, they look sexy as fuck, I'm proper impressed with the service I got (dropped parts off Saturday 5pm at friends house, he took them to his work, and returned them to me at about 5:10 today.... And it only cost ÂŁ175!!)

Hope the paints relatively hard anyway given you've got the parts on your folks' cream carpet ;)
Looks great, and nice price
