Mustang owners tend to have an eye, or at least heart, for creativity so I figure here is a good place for finding unique renovations. Since I am, have been, remodeling, I am always interested to see what other people are doing.

I will kick it off. . .

and, this is obviously the nicest corner in the loft (only corner which is decorated and subject to change once we get a couch in there)

I look forward to seeing your stuff!

Those are pretty cool. I'm still in the process of decorating my condo and I'll post pictures next week of it. I'm obsessed with candles and pillows 😆

It would be nice to see what people do as decoration or wood working stuff if anyone does that. Like garages, man caves, additions, furniture, anything... see how people live and what they like. Maybe we can learn a few things from people on here. Would be neat.

I just can't seem to find the time or energy to do much of anything with the house. The last house, 500 miles away was our dream home of 2800 square feet. Spent a lot of time and money making it perfect just to lose my job in 2009 and have to move. Took a $50K beating when I sold it.

Louisiana is expensive when it comes to housing and insurance. Since my wife passed 3 years ago now, I have even less desire to improve anything. I work 9 or 10 hours a day then have to cook for my special needs son, and tend to all of the business needs that come with owning a house. I would love to have a garage rather than a car port.

I'll be watching from the sidelines on this thread.

On the other hand, my work office is collecting Mustang stuff and Philadelphia Fire Dept SWAG (I do free consulting with them). I have several things to hang on the wall, including 2 pics from the Tail of the Dragon, an 18" chrome Mustang Pony, a Route 66 road sign, and a US 129 road sign.

There was this triangle of dead space near the stairs so I built a shelf to store things. Currently dominated by the wife’s purse and keys and whatever else she throws there.

I know I’ve posted this before but here’s my formal dining room/gaming table. Wade Wilson is very proud.

If you can find the energy, you have something nice going on here. Keep going! What you did with the cascading plants  . I bet the tail of dragon pics look cool, you also can't go wrong with a chrome pony and road signs.

Okay last one. Crown molding with LED lights in the master bedroom. Adds ambiance to bedroom…activities.

Yep stained myself to kind of tie in the dining table on the opposite side of the stair island. The purple couch/love seat/chase thing she just HAD to have. She never uses it and the dog claimed it. It is now referred to as The Thousand Dollar Dog Bed.

I'm sorry to hear about the hard times... for me, decorating with plants really makes a good head space. I recently did this..

I like how the blue trims and flower/plant pots blend together.

danke 😃 Mik and I took home several different blue paints, which he painted on wood planks and we put them up against the wall to see what looked best. I, recently, spent way too much time at home depot to find those pots.
