What’s behind instrument cluster?

Would like to drill and run a wire through the circled area. Is there anything behind it that would prevent me from running a wire through there and down to the arm rest? Don’t want to tear it apart finding out that I cannot. I’m hoping someone who has done a cluster swap would have an idea. Thank you!
