Weird nose at the rear

Last week I noticed a strange almost static like sound coming from the rear of my car. I wasnt sure what to make of it at first as it would come and go and today I noticed that my fuel to air ratio was off. Normally it sits at 14 even but today on the drive home it would go anywhere between 13.5 to 14.3. My initial reaction is that its either the fuel pump or the sensor failing as thats the only thing back there that could mess with that. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you had any luck figuring it out? I just picked up my 2018 and think I’m hearing the same thing.

edit - I figured it out. It's the heated/cooled seats. When I turn either one on one (driver or passenger) it starts a fan sound! Pretty sure this never happened on my 2015, but whatever - at least it's not static.
