Weird noise coming from motor

I’m not talking about the direct injection clanking noise or the coyote tick, it almost sounds like a timing component on the left side of the motor in the video. You can hear it then it stops about halfway through the video. Only occurs on cold starts or after it’s been sitting awhile. Just looking for info on what it might be or if it’s just a “characteristic” of the motor lol
