Assuming it's not the dual zone adjust (because you guys would have checked that) it could be the blend door in the dash. I've read of these packing up before in the Mustang, was also a real issue with the BA series Falcon.

Miro67, Service department said it was a faulty solenoid and they replaced it.
Service report says faulty O/S HVAC. Didn't seem to much of a big deal.
It seems to be working fine now. Good luck with yours.

Hi JOS,

I seem to be having the same issue with my 2017 GT Premium. With the AC off and fan on (even at the lowest temp of "Lo"), it blows warm air. Doesn't matter if I change it to inner recirculation, it still blows warm air.

Do you happen to have the part number that was replaced in your situation?
