V6 brake pad replacement

Can anyone recommend brake pad replacements for our cars? Would love to see a list of options with pros/cons.

Ideally something better than stock with less brake dust.

i read good comments on the powerstop z23 or z26 , i was looking for this yesterday, but i dont know if i have 320 or 352 mm front rotor?

Im currently on powerstop z26 pads, so far so good with them. I was hoping they would have a little more bite in them but work good. Im thinking because its been cold out in the mornings lately, they don't have that bite when i first start driving. Front rotors are 320MM.
