Used car Owners Kit Question

Hey all, I found a 2020 GT500 I'm looking at. it has 564 miles on it, but is there a way of getting the owners kit if its not included with the car?
They are checking to see if its with the car, but thought I would check.

Also, how would I go about getting an oasis report for the car to make sure it hasn't had any issues?

Carfax shows it to be a Lemon/buyback. Now I'm not so sure I want it anyway knowing that.

I bought a used one recently and once the kits been sent out I was told you can't get another one. I wish I could find the previous owner as I would pay them for it but no luck.

I do see them on eBay every now and again. You won’t get the exact number to match the car, but this may be the only way to get one.

I figured as much. The car is a lemon anyway so I'll prolly pass on it anyway, but it's good to know about a future purchase.
