When I make a phone call over bluetooth, the audio quality is completely unusable - it's extremely choppy, sometimes barely a letter or two gets through at a time. Other times the audio cuts out completely. When I make a call as usual, outside my car, it sounds fine - so it's not a phone/connectivity issue.

Anyone else experience this? Is there a fix, or should I bring it to my dealer?

It took me forever to figure out how to sync my phone through Bluetooth. My wife's phone was a piece of cake, but not mine. Verizon solved the problem by removing the phone's battery while the phone was on and then reconnecting it. Ever since, my phone via the car has outstanding quality.

Not if that has anything to do with your problem though... Good luck.
