Oh no I use it all of the time, in fact it was the first physical mod I did on my mustang. I have been using it on everything ecoboost since way back in 2009.

So couple questions Torrie, what happens if you run out of water meth mix, i always here that this could cause problems but I have not heard why, also if your tuned for water meth and run out, is there a way to switch tune if you run out so as not to damage anything, not clear on this, also I'm aware of low level switch in tank, can that prevent anything from happening, sorry for all the questions Torrie.

That would depend on how aggressive I get.
If I push it up against the wall and you run out of WM or the system is off it could lean out. I reuse the washer reservoir which preserves the low fluid sensor in the vehicle.
