I warmed it up this morning it was 42 out and at WOT I was still hitting 22 FPR at WOT. So is WOT the only concern? It doesn't really get colder than this on the average.

Yes that is when demand is the highest. 22 is right on target.

Yes dyno tuning is $500. You would also need an SCT programmer and those are $ 399 with custom tuning :

For some reason the COBB is not selling to EU, but don't understand why either.

Can you enable then certain stuff as well? (Like line lock etc?)

Line lock I don't believe so. Launch control yes on manual cars.

So the winter/summer tune issue shouldn't make me lose sleep in I drove in 40 deg weather never exceeding 50% while still on a summer map?
It sounds like issues occur at WOT in any case I'm swapping the tunes tomorrow its getting cold up here!
