Yeah and that I don't understand at all. Its been the sole way we have had to add fuel to Ecoboost engines starting in 2009 with the 3.5L SHO. Hopefully this platform will finally change that.

I don't either unless they assume the meth is dangerous to an extent. Like you said, it's a fantastic way to help cool the air charge and add some fueling overhead. Not only that though, even the more expensive kits are relatively cheap for the benefits reaped from it.

There's really not as long as the kit is set up properly and you make sure that you don't run out, if tuned for it.

I meant that like maybe people assume it's dangerous because meth is used for racing in funny cars, etc., like big fire breathing monster engines lol.

Haha I got ya, that's what I was thinking,people have a bad idea of what it is. For me, I think it might be a little to much. Just wanna do one of Torries amazing tunes, and an fmic. Should be good for me! For now...

I'm curious myself if meth/water injection will help the issue I've heard about with gdi turbo motors damaging turbine blades with dislodged carbon deposits. If you had it setup from New I'm curious if the deposits would ever form?

Torrie do you suggest spraying the water/meth before or after the throttle body? The reason I ask is it will be the next thing I buy and for ease of installation I was also thinking of getting the throttle body spacer from Boomba because it has a port already threaded into it. Let me know what you think and I still love the tune. Thanks.
