Because my middle name is Schumacher.Was thinking that myself, why on earth would you need to go full power in 2nd gear on public roads in any condition let alone wet/ice
In all fairness I still enjoy my car wet or dry, when its cold and wet (not ice) I will still drive pretty hard and as the car can put the power down in 2nd in the wet on smooth roads, then I do.
In the M3 in the wet I just become a hooligan, drive it flat out and often sideways.
So its good to have tyres that allow me to put power down in both wet and dry, afterall it is wet so much in the UK.
