Trunk Spoiler (roush+premium)?

This might be a no no.

Just wondering how both would look on.
I like the Roush a lot but i would have to remove the stock one and i believe is mounted with screws that would leave holes behind that would need to be fixed

Does anyone have this setup or can someone Photoshop it?

Would leave all the stock spoiler holes exposed slips have to plug them
