Trouble checking for latest map update

My 2019 GT Premium (purchased in June) Sync 3 screen indicates that I have map “NA 1 18”. I went online to check if this is the latest map update. When I entered in my VIN and ESN, I got an “invalid ESN” message. I called the Ford help number and got zero help. The nice lady said she’d have the technical people follow up with me.....still waiting. Can anyone advise if they have a newer map update? Thanks!

Hi Ed, first thing you need to find out what build # you have. Go into settings, general, about SYNC. Latest build is 19025. If you have it, great you’re done. If not go to the Ford Owner site and download it. A lot of the forum members use a USB stick as wi-fi is hit or miss. Good luck!
