Tried research but can't narrow down the answer to a yes or no. Half the people say yes they will fit and the other half just seem unsure. I've read where someone says you shouldn't go wider than a 285 on a 10" rim than other's say they have gone to a 305 with no issues.

I currently have Niche GT5's 20x10 +35 or +40 (not sure) rims with Nitto NT555 275/35/20's. Lowered on BMR SP080's.

I believe that I may have jumped the gun on buying two new rear tires, BF Goodrich Comp TA 2 in 305/35/20. Will these fit on my rims?

They'll fit about like a 285 does on a 9.5" rim...a tad squeezed but safe and without issue.

I'm not familiar with a BF Goodrich Comp TA 2, is it possible you meant BF Goodrich G-FORCE COMP-2 A/S? If so, it lists them fitting 10"-12" wheels on Tire Rack.
