I can't blame the OP for keeping the auto and not taking a bath on a trade. I can identify with the itch for a manual though. My 13 5.0 was an auto and I was never satisfied with it. The car didn't feel like a 420 horse car. The auto seemed to suck torque out of the car. I remember test driving a 14 manual and having my feelings confirmed. The pin you in the seat feel of the manual was night and day better. So, when I started shopping for a 15, it was manual or bust for me. I couldn't be happier. With the manual, the car just has gobs of torque and feels as fast as it is.

You will take a bath, and it's just not worth it yet. Wait a couple years to get more equity.
