Try entering the VIN into http://wwwqa.cotus.ford.com None of the other Cotus URLs work for those of us who ordered Convertibles but this one started working a couple weeks ago for us.

I had to ask Ford Service or my dealer. Nothing else worked

It was worth a shot. It never worked for my Vert and then one day Bamm! Sorry about that :(

The ETIS site worked for #735, but only for a build date. once it was built, I had to ask Rachel for updates on shipping.
