TPMS Valve Stems Too long

Just bought some Factory Ford TPMS valve stems from CJ's. for my Forgestar cf-10's The stems are way too long for my liking. They are like Like 2" . What are you guys doing to shorten them up, if any, and where to I get them. Or are you living with it. I really like the short all metal ones like on my GF's 3 series BMW.

Any help here would be awesome. How about leads on silver skinny lug nuts?
