Seems to feel every bump in the road even after geometry being done last week.
Have only done a couple of hundred miles since fitting.
Driving up to Wales at the weekend and then over to Ireland, I will se if they settle down.
Will probably do nigh on 1000 miles or more, so will be able to judge it more by then.
Which ones have you got fitted?

Done over a thousand miles now, car is like a bucking bronco. Could they be incorrectly installed ?
Seriously considering going back to standard springs.

If its just a rough ride you're feeling then fair enough go back to stock but if its bouncing around all over the place then something's wrong. I'd get it up on a ramp and have someone that knows look at them.

Before lowering it was a soft bouncy ride, now I can feel the bumps slightly more but it's controlled. The car feels so much better that I don't know if I would feel the benefit of the steeda sway bars I have in the garage.
I would definitely get it checked and alignment again, it might be that you just don't like the ride with those springs.
For those that have fitted sway bars, what setting front and rear and have you changed the endlinks?

Sway bars are a step up on the suspension ladder from just springs etc. Running the FRPP Track Pack on my car with the sway bars set at the softest setting at the minute. I've debated the stiffer settling a few times but so far, I'm reasonably happy with the softer setting, which is fine for fast road.

The sway bars will give better and noticeably improved torsional grip, cornering is flatter, keeping more of the forces evenly distributed. They give a direct link across the chassis.

Sway bars will improve any track work you do over springs/coil overs alone and usually go hand in hand with any suspension change.

I guarantee it.

I ran around on just the springs for a month or so before fitting the bars and it was night and day.

As George says, the car is just flatter everywhere and far more controlled.

As far as settings go, mine are on the softest settings, the logic being they're vastly uprated over the stock items and therefore for road use there's no pressing need to make them even stiffer.
