i notice in the pic threads as of late, there are a lot of guys doing the tire lettering.
Would like to pic your brain if you have done it.
Do you like the results?
Would you do it again?
How good does it look up close.
Did you use decals or paint?
How does it wear?
Etc etc.
Thanks

Idk if this helps there is a dude with a Camaro that lives by me that did it. I like it. It's different and gives it a race car look imo.

I don't have any experience myself, but I did see someone I follow on instagram with huge "Nitto" lettering on his tires. He is sponsored by www.tredwear.com.

I started with coloring in the PZERO letters with a paint pen from the art store. It starts out nice, but gets dirty and faded real quick. Expect alot of cleaning. I reccomend doing what I did a few weeks later which was spending the money for tire letters. They are rubbery decal type and apply with a adhesive. Ive had them on for probably 1000 miles now with no issues to be seen. They do not collect dirt and grime anywhere near as fast as the paint pen right on the rubber of the tire. Cleaning is easy with the included spray and a rag. Pricey for what it is, but they should last as long as your tire tread.

White letters on tires was a big deal in the 70's and 80's all of my cars had it. Not sure I would do it again.
