They will overbuldge on the wheels but should be fine.
What do you mean by overbulge? Would it be safe for tracking?

I wanted to run 295/30/19 all around. I got the 11x19s for the rear from you before.

Could I also do 275/35/19 all around?

Will 19X9.5 rims fit 295/30/19 tires?
Here is a 19x10 mounted on a 295/30/19 R888R tire for reference

I wouldn't put a 295 tire on a 9.5" wheel for track duty. 285 is as wide as I would want to go, and even that isn't ideal. The issue is that you get excessive sidewall flex under load, and at high speeds that turns into unpredictable handling.

If you are autoxing, 295 could work, but actual track work is another beast.

Since the wheel is only 9.5" wide it will only allow for you to use a certain amount of tire for contact patch, anymore then that is just extra meat in a sense and buldges over the wheel. You can get away with it, but here is the thing its track you said so there are extremes the tires will go through, when you overbuldge the tire rolls.

This is overbuldge

Now you can use a 275/35/19 or a 285/35/19 all around on a 9.5" and track your fine, if your going to use that 11" then the 295 on that is fine.
