Until you've tried to squeeze your 6'1", 230 lb self through the welded doors and roll cage of GT3 Cup car, and into the carbon fiber seat of a 170 lb race driver .... you don't know what squeeze means.

That bruised my hips and made me wonder if they'd have to cut me out of the car.

It's not just bigger guys. At 5'10" and 170, the GT 350 Recaros are extremely uncomfortable for me because I have wide shoulders and the upper bolsters dig into my sides. If Ford had made the upper bolsters adjustable, I might have ordered a Track Package instead of a Tech Package.
Big bolsters should be either adjustable, or at a minimum Ford should have published seat measurements. For a car most won't be able to test drive it's a big risk that you could end up with seats you don't fit into. I made a guess based on the Recaros Ford put into the Mustang GT that I won't fit into the GT350 Recaros.

I'm curious how these recaros compare to the ones I had in my evo. These look a lot tighter.
