Synch software issue- Sat Nav and phone connection not working

Hi Guys

about three weeks ago. My Sat Nav and phone connection stopped working, took to the dealship, they have reset Synch and everything went back to normal. Apprently it is a common issue with Synch 2, and reset Insync is only a temporary fix. Dealer told me they are still waiting for Ford to release the update to fix this issue.
And three weeks later, today the same issue happened again.
Anyone else has the same issue?

there are lots of people complaining about this. Some never have the problem through to people having it happen once or twice, then others every week it seems.

When it stops connecting, remove the phone from Synch 2 memory and also delete the car from your phones paired list, then rescan.
